monter les escaliers


J'aime monter au 16e etage avec mon amie Karla. Il est un peu fatigant mais c'est bien pour moi. Je veux le faire à nouveau! :)

Prepping for the summer months (think beach! :) means cutting down on heavy meals and working out. But what should one do when the weather is so gloomy and it's so hard to just even wake up and bring yourself to the shower room?

After having lunch, Karla and I, for the love of burning calories, walked from the ground floor up to the 16th floor. It was such an exhausting experience but afterwards I felt like my nerves are back to life. I felt more energized than before and I felt like I want some more.

I want to climb more skyscrapers and more hills and mountains in the future.
J'adore monter :)
